SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
For TOTO Neorest, Washlet, and related product repairs and maintenance
All service and repair work performed by SPIRA is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty, starting from the date of service. This covers labor related to the specific issues addressed during the service visit. It does not cover unrelated issues or new problems arising afterward.
Any parts supplied and installed by SPIRA technicians are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper handling, high water pressure, electrical fluctuations, or tampering after installation.
- TOTO Product Warranty Active
If the product is still under its original TOTO Product Warranty, that coverage remains in effect and is not affected by SPIRA service. Our 30-day workmanship warranty and 1-year parts warranty run in parallel with the TOTO Product Warranty.
- TOTO Product Warranty Active
- TOTO Product Warranty Expired
If the original TOTO Product Warranty has expired, only SPIRA’s workmanship and parts warranties will apply to the service performed.
- TOTO Product Warranty Expired
- Authorized Service Work
Repairs performed by SPIRA-certified technicians do not void the TOTO Product Warranty. However, work done by unauthorized third parties may void both TOTO and SPIRA warranties.
- Authorized Service Work
If a covered issue recurs within the 30-day workmanship warranty, SPIRA will provide a free on-site follow-up visit to resolve the same concern. After this visit, the 30-day workmanship warranty restarts, applicable only to the issue resolved during the follow-up.
The following are not covered by any warranty:
- Pre-existing conditions not resolved during this service
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow proper care guidelines
- Unauthorized repairs or third-party modifications

The customer is responsible for proper use and maintenance of the unit after service. This service report must be retained and presented for any warranty claim. Failure to follow care instructions or loss of documentation may void warranty coverage.
