TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


A. PRICE

  1. Prices are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation.
  2. Discounts offered apply exclusively to the entire package as quoted. Any modifications, exclusions, or changes to the quantities or items listed will render the stated discounts void and will require a revised quotation.
  3. All prices are quoted for supply only and do not include installation or labor, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

B. DELIVERY

​For In-Stock Products:

Delivery shall be made within seven (7) working days, subject to product availability and receipt of the following:

  • Firm Purchase Order
  • Signed Proposal/Quotation
  • Full payment (cash or cleared check)

​For Indent/Non-Stock Products:

Delivery is estimated within 150–180 calendar days, contingent upon the receipt of the following documents and payment:

  • Firm Purchase Order
  • Signed Proposal/Quotation
  • 50% down payment via bank transfer, cash, or cheque.

Note: A 50% down payment is required to secure indent or non-stock orders. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery. Once the order is processed, cancellations and refunds will not be allowed.

What are Indent Product?

Indent items refer to products that are not available from local stock and are specially ordered from the manufacturer upon client confirmation. These items are subject to longer lead times and are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

C. OTHER TERMS

  1. Product availability is based on inventory as of the quotation date and may change without prior notice.
  2. Any product modification or alteration by the client voids the product warranty.
  3. A strict No Return, No Exchange policy applies to all indent item purchases or special orders.
  4. The official Purchase Order must clearly reference the Quotation Number indicated in this document.
  5. These Terms and Conditions must be acknowledged and signed by an authorized client representative as a confirmation of agreement.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONFORMITY

By acknowledging the Quotation, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the above Terms and Conditions of Sale.
